Questions
Does this cover refrigerant handling?
It explains that opening a sealed refrigerant system needs EPA 608 certification and recovery equipment, and it tells technicians to stop and escalate. It does not replace the EPA 608 exam.
Does it cover gas appliance repair?
It covers gas safety and how common gas parts fail, but gas piping work is separately licensed in many places. Edit the courses to match your local rules.
Can technicians use it on a phone?
Yes. SOPpal works in a phone browser, so lessons and quizzes can be finished between calls.
