Questions
Does this replace state licensing or certification?
No. Pesticide applicators must be licensed or certified in the categories the work requires, and rules differ by state. These courses are general training that supports your program. Completing a course in SOPpal does not make anyone licensed.
Can I add my company's treatment procedures?
Yes. Add a course to your workspace and edit the lessons and quiz, or record your own guide with the SOPpal recorder and turn it into a course.
Does it cover termite or fumigation work?
The identification course introduces termites. Termite treatment, fumigation and other special categories have their own licensing and label requirements, so add your own procedures for them and have a licensed supervisor review the content.
