Questions
Do the courses follow my local plumbing code?
They teach general good practice and tell learners to follow local code. Codes differ by city and state, so edit the courses to match yours and have a licensed plumber review them.
Does it cover gas piping?
No. Gas fitting is separately licensed in many places, so the plumbing courses cover water, drain and fixture work and flag gas safety around water heaters only.
Can I add my own procedures?
Yes. Record a guide with the SOPpal recorder, turn it into a course, and require it for the right job roles.
