Questions

Does this replace a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) course?

No. CPO and local health department certifications are separate. These courses are general training that supports your program, and completing one in SOPpal does not certify anyone.

Do the target ranges match my local rules?

They show typical ranges. Health codes, equipment manufacturers and pool surfaces differ, so edit the lessons to match the ranges your company and your area require.

Does it cover electrical and gas work on heaters and pumps?

No. Those jobs require licensed professionals, and the courses tell technicians to shut off power and report problems rather than repair them.
