Questions
Does this teach spring replacement?
No. The courses explain the hazards and the system, but winding and replacing springs must be learned hands-on from a qualified trainer. Use SOPpal for the knowledge side, and record your own supervised sign-offs on the skills page.
Can I add the opener manufacturers' procedures?
Yes. Edit any lesson, or record your own guide and add it to a course.
Is there a license requirement?
Rules vary by state and city. These courses do not replace any license, and completing one does not certify anyone.
